Short And Longeffects Of Syphilis

Violence is bad, wherever they come

Obviously my position is very particular about what I write because I love dogs. That said, I must clarify that race Pitbull is the only one that does not convince me. Well, that's a lie: I do not like. I do not think one of those dogs "so ugly they're cute" kind of a bulldog, for example. They are just ugly. And do not think enough time has passed for their aggression is controlled. I mean, these are animals originally bred to fight bulls that weighed thirty times what they - and often won.

However, this news has affected me all the victims. On 31 December, a man who worked as a watchman in a workshop came to his home in Santa Lucia (a middle class area low in the Valles del Tuy, a few minutes from Caracas) for dinner, but realized he had left his key. He turned to enter the backyard, which is separated from her neighbor's house for a few wires, to call his wife to open. The wire was not enough for the two neighboring pit bull dogs stay where they were.

As it was dark, the poor old dogs identified as an intruder, and acted accordingly. Man attacked, biting him in his arms and head. The neighbors came and tried to separate the animals from him, but threw only when hot oil was left by the old man alone. Ran to take him to hospital Ocumare, just minutes away. There were no doctors, they said. Luciani ran to Sunday in El Llanito (half hour), but they sent him to Pérez Carreño in Petare (fifteen minutes from there) for the same reason. In the Perez Carreno told the same thing and sent them back to the Domingo Luciani. Two hours had passed since the attack, the poor old man bled to death.

Yesterday was the corollary: the neighbors went home to the owner of the dogs and said to him, or kill the dog or kill you. The dogs had been a gift from his grandson, to him company and defend, and had since puppies. But obviously appreciate life more. He allowed two men armed with machetes entered and killed the pitbull. Then the grandson came, collected the bodies, put them in a garbage bag and threw them into the river Guaira (Caracas river crossing). It seems that he gave two Cacri (native street) to the grandmother to replace the two dogs.

Who is to blame here? The soap opera is beyond hospitals, if you also link it to this story the Maternidad Concepcion Palacios. We agree, the pitbull - and almost any dog large, but one in particular - are a potential hazard. The lady was trying to tie them, or should have a better separation of the courts. Sure, it was a poor woman who only knew they were his friends and colleagues. Sure, she was already a "widow" her partner had died when she lived in La Bandera (southwest of Caracas) natural death. His neighbor was widowed by both the attack by two dogs as the negligence of the hospital.

Suppose this: if I'm driving in a car without being drunk or anything, but I forget my glasses. It is night. I do not see well. Crash and kill someone. Is it the fault the car? No. It's my fault. If I burn the car, they will not restore life to the person who killed him. I have to go to jail or be fined or something.

I want to make something perfectly clear. A human life was lost. In the most cruel, insensitive and painful world. But nothing was resolved not killing the dogs. What should have been done was that the police take them away. Give them to someone who care for them. Whatever. The lady should be fined too. Whatever. What won to kill the dogs?

I think what is most critical we have three very basic trends that we are unable to control. One, we believe that dogs are so smart that they take their own decisions, when in fact they are guided máspor instinct than anything else. If I approach a dog that was lying peacefully and nothing strikes me, it's my fault rather than the dog, as I found no signs which could have sent me (a grunt or something.)

Two, we learned that someone very dear to many of the world population should not take an eye for an eye. Revenge is something that is very present in our hearts, we believe that there must be balance between all no matter what there is an endless spiral of violence. And when the hell do we stop? When everyone is dead?

Third, and perhaps fall into a contradiction here, who thinks the owner of the dogs? It was an old woman who paid dearly for their ignorance of how to care for an animal. A woman and should never be about as unpredictable animals. Less them loose. But the dogs were his companions. If you find that their children mataraon a neighbor unintentionally, how they react? Sure, I said we should not see dogs as animals so intelligent they can make their own decisions. But anyone you had a dog show as part of the family as well. I never say it's the same the life of a dog than a human life, but now think that this lady was left alone, hated in his neighborhood and without their pets, but now have two new dogs. Who will mourn, when one day dawn dead in her home?

Too much drama? Maybe. Perhaps it is logical to say that nothing justifies the killing of another human being. But I think the case is a mirror of the state it is nuetsra society, and frankly it is a table rather than sad, scared me. I hope that we will never touch us. May he rest in peace, Marcelino Castellanos, the poor old man. That Ms. Castro Teófila find peace in this tragedy. In particular, that Mrs. Castellanos can overcome the horror that befell her husband.
